After demanding to be released by the Falcons, like an undrafted college wannabe, Joe Horn spent most of the season waiting for the call from his agent which did not come. In the meantime, the Falcons went on an incredible turnaround run from the 4-12 team Horn contributed to, to an 11-5 playoff team.

LOS ANGELES – In November, the Dodgers made a contract offer to Manny for two years in the amount of $45 million. At the time, Boras said thanks but no thanks since he had been looking for a 5-6 year deal. The Dodgers left the offer on the table for a week or so and then pulled it back.
Sources say the two sides are speaking about a deal again.
