College football rankings are in for the AP Top 25 after another No. 1 got upset for the second straight week. Last week
it was Alabama falling to the South Carolina Gamecocks and this weekend it was Ohio State dropping a game against Big Ten rival Wisconsin Badgers.
Last week’s No. 2 team, the Oregon Ducks, learned the meaning of “backing in” as they sat idle and moved up into the spot vacated by the Buckeye’s’ loss.
The Boise State Broncos sit at No. 2 with 15 first-place votes, up from No. 3 last week.
Dropped from last week’s AP Top 25 rankings are Florida (yes the Gators are finally sitting outside looking in), Nevada, Air Force and Oregon State.
