Where else but Philly would a 17-year-old fan get tasered for hopping onto the field for a short jog in front of the cameras? Here’s the video.

That incident occurred during last night’s Philadelphia Phillies game when the youngster hopped the rail and jogged around the outfield waving a white towel or shirt to the delight of the crowd. As seen in the video above, after easily eluding and out-running the out-of-shape looking police and stadium security, one cop (pictured here) pulled out a taser and zapped his ass, dropping him like he were hit with a Mike Tyson hook.

According to reports, the Police Department is conducting an investigation to determine if the officer misused his weapon.

Yeah, normally security and police are in shape enough to catch up to these kind of pranksters and gang-tackle them to the ground but by the looks of the involved officer’s waistline,  he may never have learned the meaning of the word sit-up and resorted to using his taser gun.

This is the second embarrassing incident for the same stadium. A few weeks ago a New Jersey man was arrested for intentionally barfing on a young girl in these same stands. Ironically, that girl’s father is a cop. That puke was arrested and booked.
