Steve Tyler sings National Anthem (VIDEO)

This week in Boston, Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler did one of the worst renditions of the National Anthem, ever. Earplugs recommended:

Jose Feliciano took a lot of slack in his rendition of the National Anthem during the 1968 World Series before a game between Detroit and St.Louis. The blind Puerto Rican singer did his soul version that was possibly the first non-traditional delivery of the song in its history.

Years after Feliciano’s rendition created an uproar during the much more conservative era, other entertainers like Roseanne Barr and now most recently Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler. Tyler makes Feliciano’s performance look like a patriotic gem.

Could you imagine these vocals coupled with the Jimi Hendrix guitar version.
