UK quarterback Mike Hartline was arrested and posed for this mug shot early Friday morning after he was busted near the college campus on charges of alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct. Hartline plead not guilty to the charges and is expected in court on Jan. 24th.

On what is a typical night for many college students, Hartline and some friends were said to be out partying at a local water hole called the Tin Roof.

After leaving the establishment, Hartline and a group of friends became, well, teenagers with a bunch of drinks in them. The group started raising hell and that got police involved.

According to reports, a heated argument broke out between Hartline and a girl named Samantha Sheeran. That argument, according to Sheeran, led to an assault that involved Hartline and a UK cheerleader named Ashley Kathleen Carnes. Police said they found no visible injuries on Sheeran’s body and informed her to go downtown if she wanted to press charges.

Back to Hartline. Reports indicated that he smelled of alcohol and had trouble standing and speaking so that led to handcuffs and cheesing for this mug shot. Carnes was also busted after admitting to using a relative’s ID to obtain alcohol.

The Wildcats will face Pittsburgh on Jan.8th in the BBVA Compass Bowl with or without Hartline who has thrown for 3,178 yards and completed 268 of 405 passes with 23 touchdowns.
