Erica Blasberg, the 25-year-old LPGA golfer was found dead at her home in Henderson, Nevada and police are still 
investigating her death.According to police, it was not immediately clear whether foul play was involved and Blasberg’s agent, Chase Callahan, refused to provide details because of the investigation.
Blasberg had promise after becoming a two-time All-American and the 2003 Pacific-10 Player of the Year for The University of Arizona. After winning 6 tourneys in two years at the college level, she hit the pro circuit in 2004.
In the LPGA, Blasberg struggled with her highest finish on the money list at 94th. Two weeks ago was her only start this season where she tied for 44th at the Tres Marias Championship in Morelia, Mexico.
Blasberg was Golfweek Magazine’s 2003 Player of the Year after finishing the season No. 1 in the rankings.
