After one run in the halfpipe finals, White had already locked in the gold medal so he decided to entertain the crowd with a final run that included a move called the Double McTwist 1260.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Another Winter Olympics and Lindsey Jacobellis is still struggling to win a gold medal.
Years ago at the Winter Games in Turin, Italy, Jacobellis lost a sure gold medal when she started hot-dogging it and pulled an unnecessary move grabbing her board in a “method grab” and wiping out before coming home with the silver medal. This year even had a worse result.
